Youth Booklists

Rebecca Caudill Nominees and Winners (4th-8th grade)

This Illinois "children's choice" award is given annually by students voting in grades four through eight. A master list of 20 nominees is chosen each year, from authors all over the U.S. The award is given to the author of the book considered most outstanding. Student voters must read a minimum of three titles to be eligible to vote. Voting is completed in February, and the winner is announced in March.
