The next Friends of the Library used book sale will be Saturday, January 21.
Upcoming Sales
We typically hold our used book sales in the library basement on a bimonthly basis—usually the third Saturday of every other month (with some exceptions for special events). Our upcoming schedule is as follows:
March 17 Early-bird admission fee of $10 from 8:00-9:00AM; free admission from 9:00AM-4:00PM
March 18 Free admission, 1:00-4:00PM; $5 book-by-the-bag
May 19 Regular sale
June 11 Special sale during the library’s Ice Cream Social
July 21 Regular sale
September 15 Regular sale
November 23 Regular sale before/during the library’s Holiday Walk
Donating Items for Our Book Sales
Donations for used book sales may be dropped off at the library’s circulation desk at any time. We are looking for quality adult and children’s books in good condition, textbooks, audio books, videos, DVDs, recent computer games and software, and music (CDs, cassettes, albums). We cannot accept encyclopedia sets, old computer software and manuals, weekly magazines, or damaged, musty, or outdated materials. Please box or bag your donations.
