Contract Awarded

At the regular meeting held April 19, 2010, The Board of Trustees of the Glen Ellyn Public Library awarded the Roof Replacement and Facade Repairs project to W. J. McGuire Company including the base bid and alternates 1-4 for a total contract amount of $1,721,920. The Board's decision was based on a careful consideration of the bids and the subsequent interviews regarding qualifications that were conducted with the two low bidders, Bulley & Andrews and W. J. McGuire.
